Read the Quran in 10 languages

Reading the Quran in a language you think in changes what you take from it. Islam365 carries translations in 10 languages — English (UK), Chinese, English, Urdu, Pashto and 5 more — and picks one for your region the first time you open the app so there is nothing to configure before you can start.

Every language has its own page explaining what the translation covers. Browse all 10 Quran translation languages.

  • A translation is chosen for your region on first launch
  • Change it any time in Settings — nothing is locked in
  • Endonyms shown in their own script, so the list is readable in your language
Reading modes

Arabic, translation,or both together

How you want the page to look depends on why you opened it. Reciting from the Arabic is a different task from reading for meaning, and studying a passage needs both at once. Islam365 lets you switch between the three rather than committing to one layout.

  • Arabic only — for recitation and memorisation
  • Translation only — for reading the meaning straight through
  • Arabic with translation — the default for study
Customisation

Read the Quranyour way

The Arabic and the translation are set independently, which matters more than it sounds: most people want the Arabic large enough to recite from and the translation at normal reading size, and a single font-size slider cannot give you both.

Colours are adjustable too, including the colour used to highlight the ayah currently being recited.

  • Separate font choice for the Arabic script and the translation
  • Independent text sizes, so you can enlarge one without the other
  • Adjustable text and ayah-highlight colours
Audio

9 reciters, one tap away

Islam365 includes 9 Qaris, from the measured pace of the Haram imams to the classical Egyptian mujawwad school. Pick the one you want and it is used wherever audio plays.

Each reciter has a page covering their style, origin and who the recitation suits. Read about all 9 Qaris.

  • Abdur-Rahman Al-Sudais — powerful and emotional
  • Mishari Rashid Alafasy — melodious with high precision
  • Abdul Basit Abdus Samad — legendary breath control
  • Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary — clear and educational
Follow the recitation

Listen and follow,ayah by ayah

Press play and the ayah being recited is highlighted. When the reciter moves on, the highlight moves with them and the page scrolls itself, so you can keep your eyes on the text instead of chasing it with your thumb.

It is the difference between listening to the Quran and reading along with it — and it is what makes long listening sessions usable for people learning to recite or working on memorisation.

  • The ayah being recited is highlighted as it plays
  • The page scrolls with the recitation — no hunting for your place
  • Works with the Arabic, the translation, or both on screen
Offline

Download it once,read it anywhere

Download the Surahs, Paras and recitations you want and they stay on your device — useful on a commute, on a flight, or anywhere the signal is unreliable. You can also share an ayah as an image straight from the reader.

To be precise about it: downloaded Quran content works offline. Parts of the app that depend on live data, such as prayer times for a location you have not used before, still need a connection.

  • Download Surahs, Paras and audio for offline use
  • The 16-line IndoPak Mushaf is built for offline reading
  • Favourite a Surah or Para and return to it from your list
16-line IndoPak

The Mushaf layoutyou memorised from

If you learned from a 16-line IndoPak Mushaf, your memory is tied to the page: where an ayah sits, which line it starts on, what the facing page looks like. A reflowing scroll of text throws all of that away, which is why revision from a generic Quran app feels harder than it should.

Islam365 includes the 16-line IndoPak Mushaf with its real page layout and page-turning, so the visual anchors you memorised from are still there. It works offline, which is how most revision actually happens.

  • 16-line IndoPak page layout, page for page
  • Natural page-turning rather than a scrolling list
  • Available offline
  • Built for Hifz and revision

Quran — questions people ask

How many Quran translation languages does Islam365 support?

Islam365 currently offers Quran translation in 10 languages: English (UK), Chinese, English, Urdu, Pashto, French, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi. On first launch the app selects a translation for your region, and you can change it at any time in Settings.

Can I read the Quran in Arabic only, or translation only?

Yes. You can read Arabic on its own, the translation on its own, or both together. The setting applies as you read, so you can switch depending on whether you are reading for recitation or for meaning.

Can I change the Quran font and text size?

Yes. The Arabic script and the translation each have their own font and size setting, so you can enlarge the translation without changing the Arabic, or the other way round. Text colours and the ayah highlight colour can also be adjusted.

Which reciters are available in Islam365?

Islam365 includes 9 Qaris: Abdur-Rahman Al-Sudais, Mishari Rashid Alafasy, Abdul Basit Abdus Samad, Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, Mohamed Siddiq Al-Minshawi, Abu Bakr Al-Shatri, Saud Al-Shuraym, Hani Ar-Rifai, Mohamed Al-Tablawi. You can choose your preferred reciter and it is used throughout the app.

Does Islam365 highlight the current Ayah while audio is playing?

Yes. As the recitation plays, the ayah being recited is highlighted and the page follows along automatically, so you can keep reading without scrolling to find your place.

Does the Quran scroll automatically during recitation?

Yes. The view moves with the recitation ayah by ayah, which means you can follow the Arabic or the translation while listening without touching the screen.

Can I read the Quran offline?

Yes, for content you have downloaded. Downloaded Surahs, Paras and audio stay available without a connection, and the 16-line IndoPak Mushaf is built for offline reading. Features that depend on live data — such as prayer times for a new location — still need internet.

Can I save or favourite Surahs and Paras?

Yes. You can favourite a Surah or a Para and return to it from your favourites list, and the app keeps your reading position so you can continue where you stopped.

Is the Quran in Islam365 free?

Yes. The whole Quran, every translation, every reciter and the offline downloads are free. There are no ads and no subscription.
