Who operates this website

Scope

This policy covers the website at theislam365.com. The Islam365 mobile apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play, and each store listing shows the data practices declared for the app.

Information we process

• Newsletter: your email address, the time you gave consent and the version of the consent notice you agreed to, and a random token used for one-click unsubscribe.
• Administrator accounts: name, email, a securely hashed password and one-time sign-in or reset codes for authorized staff only.
• Security and abuse prevention: short-lived request counters keyed by IP address or email, used to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts. Expired counters are deleted automatically.
• Technical logs: our hosting and network providers may record IP address, browser type, requested URL and time for security and reliability.
• Optional analytics: only if you accept, as described below.

We do not ask website visitors to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this website.

Why we use information and our legal bases

We send newsletter emails on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process security logs and request counters on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available. Optional analytics run only with your consent. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They load only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner, with IP anonymization enabled for Google Analytics and advertising storage denied. You can withdraw that choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. See the Cookie Policy.

Service providers and transfers

We use providers for hosting and content delivery, image storage, email delivery and optional analytics. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms and may operate in other countries. Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Retention and security

Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Security counters are deleted after they expire, and logs are retained only as reasonably needed for protection and troubleshooting. We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted administrative access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe through the link in any newsletter email. You may also ask to access, correct, export or delete information associated with you, or object to its use, by emailing us; we aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

We may revise this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
